I saw this link on my nutrition tutor’s facebook page so I thought I would have a read.

Although sometimes surgery can be the only answer for some people, in general, it is not the answer. It’s about lifestyle changes, changing how you view food and exercise aswell as re-education for some people.

People need to make a change forever, not just short term to lose weight and then they go back to where they started 1 or 2 years later.
