Hi I’m Sharon Hutt, known to most as a PT, Personal trainer, Fitness instructor and Mobile fitness trainer. I provide a Personal Trainer Glasgow Service in your home, at your office or in any location that suits you best.
My service is here to help give people the confidence to achieve their goals, knowing they have a professional and fully qualified fitness trainer by their side every step of the way. Some people come wanting to lose weight, drop a dress or jean size, tone up and gain muscle or to increase their fitness.
The process is never easy and I will push you to reach your targets but you will enjoy it and we’ll have plenty of giggles along the way. We’ll make a realistic plan that will cover not just the training but also how you can improve your lifestyle and eating. These are also a key areas to achieving your long term goals.
My Personal Training Glasgow service keeps me busy throughout Glasgow and surrounding towns. I’m kept busy in Bearsden, Milngavie, Bishopbriggs, Lenzie, Clydebank, Dumbarton, Old Kilpatrick and some other areas with East and West Dunbartonshire. However I’m not restricted to just these areas.

Fitness assessment – initially to gauge your current level of fitness and set your goals and then at regular intervals to measure your progress. This will also include body weight and body measurements.
Nutritional Analysis – Good nutrition is just as important as exercise. I can analyse your current eating habits, identify any problem areas and advise where improvements can be made, the do’s and don’ts of good nutrition to help you stay on track and reach your goals
Personal Programme – I will design a programme for training alone.
Personal Training – I will design a tailored programme, specific to you. It will be fun, dynamic and focus on the feel good factor and achieving your goals.
